His reasoning is to spend more time with family.... well im pretty sure that moving to Utah (he went to BYU) with his family and working down the street as the president of the company is the most family time he's ever had as it is. Right, that part didn’t make a lot of sense. Definitely something else going on unless he’s actually really burnt out
