The biggest factor here is that our WDRs don't default to giving us 10kts of tailwind (if possible). Trying to save a few bucks by giving us a lower power setting. If we had 10 kts in there default the first guy would have been able to takeoff.

A runway assignment on every initial CPDLC clearance would help too, if ATC changes it they know you will need time.
