This. This airline is a mess and there are LITTLE things that could be fixed and they aren't. WE should not be hindered from being compensated fairly for our services just because the company wants to keep trying to save money.

Why do people dislike us? Our performance and customer service.

What affects our performance? Lack of gates (they get rid of them in DEN... no idea why), lack of customer service, and lack of rampers.

This airline is a money printing machine but there are such SMALL things that could be done, that seemingly never get fixed. The pilots and flight attendants hold this place together and without us doing what we can to help and going above and beyond, everything would be way worse than it is now. People get on our aircraft and say its a completely different environment compared to the gate agents or customer service.
