Since when has it been the EMPLOYEE'S responsibility the company makes a profit? Does McDonald's hold the fries guy responsible?

If you do your job then the profit making is the responsibility of someone way above you in the chain. If they can't do it, they should be replaced. OTHER AIRLINE CEO's found a way - why can't ours. Barry Biffle made $6M last year and that's with him selling declining value stocks (which is his primary compensation).

Please, for the love of all things good, don't ever think your worth is tied to the ability of the company.
