Has anybody had success with getting a pre-rotation fatigue call "approved" where it doesn't come from your sick bank? I just flew with someone who tried to call in fatigued pre report and was told he "can't". And he apparently just accepted that... You absolutely can. Whether or not it's paid out of sick or not depends on the frb. But if you're fatigued that's the end of the conversation.
