If you had reported at the original time would you have even been legal to sit around and wait for a 5 AM departure? If the report time was changed and you were in rest prior to report, did you acknowledge the change? I just wonder if reporting for duty on time, fit for an on time departure, and then being fatigued with the delay (again, if you were evel legal) would not have come out of your sick bank?
