I understand that a strike vote is just a vote. I was more asking that if the NMB released us to self-help, and nothing happened after the cooldown period, would the ensuing strike be indefinite until we get a TA or would it be an intentionally short-lived strike (assuming that we actually got there)?
Yea that question is above my pay grade lol. I'll pass that one along to someone who knows more. Honestly my guess is, it never really gets that far. We really can't strike legally so Im not sure how far we would be allowed to go.
