I see the occasional "expert at predicting" on MSN Money and talking about selling once the rates drop. I do not understand the correlation, but feel that a cut will lead to even more inflation. That being said, there was a year or two ago that the market ended down in a correction and the Fed's tax receipts were significantly lower resulting in massive budget shortages. IF there is a rigged component, they likely won't allow that again with deficits running $3T annually. There always seems to be a an NVDA or what not that saves the "market."
