NPS...No Personal Sacrifice. I am not here to ensure UA gets a warm fuzzy from their email surveys. Fly the plane, don't bend it, be polite, go home. That's my job. I am not staying to say goodbye to the customers; I am not leaving the cockpit to thank them on the PA, and I will not bend the knee to help them "get likes on the gram." My LayoverLife can handle that BS. I am doing my job and going home.
