I'm hoping that this thing turns into an excrement festival. When everyone gets the wrong sized hat and returns them, hopefully the company will give up that fight and make them optional. Yes, I understand that many people opt out of the requirement now since there is zero enforcement, but being optional by the book would be nice. Not holding my breath though
