Wow, I can't believe I overlooked this yesterday. They are definitely not speeding up deliveries, in fact I received an email today that said the opposite. They are still planning on getting all 36 airplanes this year but are trying to slow deliveries over the next couple of months until staffing is caught up. It seems the company didn't plan on no-shows for training or training hiccups and we are "critically" understaffed at the moment. Hopefully they will get things figured out, but right now they are saying to expect staffing to be poor for the rest of this month and June.

When I interviewed in September they told me they were going to exercise 18 additional options, but nothing has been announced yet. I think it's safe to assume those options have not been exercised. Who knows what the future holds.

I have no idea why they are telling people Delta is going to continue to honor flow through (well I guess I have an idea). They may very well intend to honor it but to the best of my knowledge that hasn't even been negotiated yet. Again who knows what the future holds.

Be careful about making career decisions based on promises during interviews and ground school. I once figured out how many airplanes were promised to me during interviews verses how many airplanes ever found their way to the companies I ended up working for. The total was somewhere around negative 100. Seriously! So far Compass has come through on most of what we've been told, which is a new experience for me. But I took the job because I wanted to be based at home. My advice (from someone who has been at a few "less that great" airlines) is to make decisions that you will be happy with even if the company doesn't deliver on all of their promises.
