I was more referring to just assigning SCs, not a bid for open time SC. And that the company can ignore a YS in the “first to be called” if already at the max. Not an OT SC. If I’m wrong I’m wrong, and I learn.
This is my first time hitting the max so it’s new to me, but where does it say they can just ignore a YS? And what’s their criteria for doing so? They obviously must have the ability to award it or that entire section of the PWA entailing the additional pay becomes superfluous.
