This was planned well before Elliott was around. I'd never fly us if I lived there. Our product sucks. I hope EM will make it better for us in the future.
All US domestic products suck unless you can afford first class. The back of United and AA is same as spirit or frontier. The seats are uncomfortable with no leg room. You get crackers and have free movies that nobody wants to watch. Delta is supposed to be the best product, but if you get past the nice dressed crew and shiny logos, it’s the same hollow product. At least WN gives you good leg room.
