You know, there's still a lot of people around who lived the majority of their adult life before social media and really don't use it. And some people genuinely get pleasure from giving to others. He Probably didn't get reimbursed and was earning probably a quarter of what our guy was earning, but he got a lot of intra company publicity from this.
I believe also Capt Malik Senegal did something like this too...........and I am most confident helping stranded passengers was the lowest on his list for reasons to do so.
