SWA can easily sell open seating but in a specific cabin. If the "business cabin" is sold out, they'll darn well enforce cabin assignments... as opposed to send the actual business traveller who paid for it back to the middle no-recline lav-view seat. If not sold out will they just tolerate pre-board squatters? My guess is that would just set a bad precedent for when it is sold out.
