As to the future, I'm prepared to vote against as many bad contract offers as it takes to get a good one; and, I can survive significantly longer than a week in the event of a strike.

I recommend anyone in aviation set aside a contingency fund for strike, furlogh, med-event, bankruptcy, etc. It can be a rough ride sometimes.
