This is also the payscale for their biggest aircraft. Good luck holding Global CA anytime soon lol. So largest aircraft on the highest working schedule. This isn't so much as impressive as it is, the absolute cap you can make unless you throw extending in, which believe it or not, many people are crazy enough to do.
Those rates do not include anything but base salary on that schedule. There are somewhere around 80 captains on the 7500. Base salary for the 7&7 schedule is a shade under 300K on that airplane for a topped out captain this year. It is very hard to make under 400K as a 7500 PIC when you include FDP, OT at well over $200 per hour, holiday pay, and the longevity bonus. The guys on the 76 are likely doing extended days also and some will likely make over 600K. They will work a lot of days for that, but most of those days are easy in the 7500. We will have Phenom 300 captains make over 500K this year. Those pilots are working hard every day and earning every cent. The retirement match still doesn't come anywhere close to any major airline, but the pay is not bad. Nobody will confuse us for a major airline, but it is vastly better than when Minrest was here.
