FWIW, when we (NK pilots) agreed to an AIP in 2018, the first thing Bendo (our COO) did was pull aside our NC/MEC Chairman and asked us to take off our lanyards. They said "Spirit Pilots Ready to Strike". Don't know if there was a book-away effect between our strike vote made public and the fact we were the last airline to strike, but the fact he did that was telling...
