Said another way, why should a Res pilot with 6 SC’s be ineligible to pick up one of the 18 SC’s? Don’t want to pay 3 more hours? Then don’t post 18 SC’s…. THAT is the proper remedy.
seems like both are arbitrarily limited. one is limited by the sc limit, and one by the ws limit. i’m not sure this comparison really hits too hard
