I understand the Global can be a challenge for a First Officer with no part 135 experience. However, it's a dream jet for me...so, what are the trips like?
Fully planning on the Challenger 650 or Lattitude should they be biddable in indoc, provided I make the cut.
Apprecaite all of the info, fly safe,

As a new hire, you may get to let the company know your preference for airframe, but they will assign you to whatever they need that day. That has been everything but the Globals lately. That said, as long as the company is able to continue the planned growth, you would likely have the opportunity to bid the Global in your first year. It probably pays the least of all the SIC positions at the lower end of longevity on the pay scales due to a lack of extra flight pay (FDP) compared to most other airplanes at the company. The quality of life at work is better than the other fleets since you will rarely feel overworked and your average overnight will be longer than the other fleets. The international flying is also totally random. Some tours may see multiple other countries and then you may not leave the country for many months. It is almost totally out of your control. You don't get to bid trips so you will go where they need you. It can be good if you don't want to work all that hard, but your pay will suffer from not working all that hard.
