Because when the trip coverage report was run, you were showing as a SC pilot, not a LC pilot. You ended up with the rotation on the SC step of coverage since apparently there were no LC pilots legal for the assignment. This actually works to our favor since while you are not getting the 1:00 SCC pay for being unused, you are still completing 1 of your max SC obligations to the company for the bid period (normally 6 is max, but can be reduced due to days of unavailability like vacation, training, etc).
