Republic and SkyWest will give you travel benefits on more airlines but I understand you get priority beneath all those airlines active employees and wholly owned employees. AA gives priority to whichever of their employees and wholly owned employees check in first. There are arguments for both. It's probably still best to take the first class date at a regional you can get.
