You should go with your favorite headset. You don't need anything special for the CRJ or even noise cancelling. I use a DC Pro 2 (~$335) and it works great. I hate it about once a month when I have it on for seven hours or have a three hour leg. As an added bonus, I haven't had to carry or deal with batteries dying on takeoff for the past three years.
