Just saying that options aren’t what they were a year ago. Spirit guys will be looking for work and as an Alpa carrier might have a front line to an interview at the big 3. It’s more competitive now because there’s fewer slots so they don’t have to take the guy with 1600 hrs and no degree over someone more qualified. Days of fogging a mirror to get a job are done for now.
