G4 guy here. We are in 4.5 years into negotiations. 2 years with the NMB.
just got assigned a new mediator. We’ve had DRAMA with our union (even more than the typical teamster bs).
most believe we will be lucky to get something ratified in 2025. Good luck guys. Hang in there.
