We just got a new mediator also. Who did you/do you have? Did your NC give an opinion on whether they viewed it as good/bad/indifferent? We went from CP ---> JS. While it's too soon to tell, I think most of us view it as positive to be assigned a mediator with more experience despite the setback that comes from getting the new mediator up to speed on the stall tactics of our company.
