After I was furloughed from Indy, I used WIA funds at Pan Am International Flight Academy in Dulles to get my PIC type. That location is still closed now, but if you are a current and qualifed FO, you might try contacting one of the other locations and seeing if they have an approved "short course".
That said, if you're flying as an FO now, why would you pay $5K for a type rating that the airline will pay for? I did the course because without it (and the associated ATP), odds are I would be back at another regional still looking for an upgrade.
