If they keep assigning illegal rotations that report in the first two hours then he keeps getting assignment pay for the first day of every illegal rotation.
So you don’t go NC and get a rotation that reports 1:30 in. You go fly it for no extra pay. Or you go NC and still fly the same rotation but now you’re getting 2-8 hours extra pay. There is no downside to going NC. Just end NC status at a time that is convenient to you in order to make a report time at the airport at 2 hours into your SC window.
