Any notes a t the bottom of the schedule are for schedulers explanation. Mine have been over written each day. I call to inform them I will be NC as soon as I notice a SC. That call is recorded so if it came to proof, there's that.
I dont't think they are overwritten. If I remember correctly, the CPO view of your schedule sees every remark made in that spot. For some reason, we can only see the most recent remark.
