I dont't think they are overwritten. If I remember correctly, the CPO view of your schedule sees every remark made in that spot. For some reason, we can only see the most recent remark.
If you say so, I only see the latest one. I’ve never had a sit down with a CP so I don’t know. I’ve seen other comments there too but never more than 1 unless it’s a pilot checking my schedule.
