Guess 18-24 months from now we will know how this plays out with the IRS.
Well you know the MEC puts out an annual 401k spill calculator right? If you don't want more than $10k spill into the RHA you don't have to. The artificial $10k cap was already a give for those like you who feel they have enough in their RHA. You can use the AHRA to be reimbursed for all your medical/dental/insurance premiums you pay United. That's $7000 right there. So max of $3k/year goes into the RHA if you never even buy a bottle of Ibuprofen in the year.
Sorry you're in the minority but obviously the majority preferred to keep our contract intact and let the system work.
