MBCPB Fees

I'm a pretty senior CA and I want the OPTION. Just like how it was sold to us. I don't like voluntarily giving up the option of the RHA. I don't like volunteering to permantantly giving up max funding by the company into the PRAP. If the IRS comes out and says we must, then we address best how to. Frankly I haven't met a CA or a single FO who thinks the gives are worth getting this thing early. I know there are some out there but I haven't talked to any personally.
We'll know in less than 24 hrs.

Well, I'm one of those CAs you haven't met then, I voted FOR the LOA because I wanted my money to be mine or my heirs not other pilots. I already have the targeted amount in my AHRA/RHA as of the end of this year that will not go to any heirs. I max out my 401k with my own contributions early in the year. Everyone situation is personal and just like some don't want to contribute more or any of their own money to the 401k, I don't want to contribute less. Guess 18-24 months from now we will know how this plays out with the IRS.

Sorry you're in the minority but obviously the majority preferred to keep our contract intact and let the system work.
