My point is that the generally given use of non-contactable has been for commuters commuting in during their first 2 hours of SC, not for PhD-level SC masters trying to shirk an assignment, which has been the discussion the last 20 pages. You want to be a ninja, good! Go for it!! 👍 It’s not illegal. The provision is in the PWA. I’m not hating on you. The only thing I’m hating is the company change to max SC. That part sucks.
