IMHO you completely misunderstood the response if you think the word "legitimate" was the trigger. The response was because you are publicly advocating for devaluing the contract by providing VAS level of service for SC compensation. Know what you are worth. CS routinely takes advantage of this, especially in FRMS trip coverage by assigning trips that report 30 minutes into the SC window.
Senior locals bypassing the NC contract provision are voluntarily placing themselves in front of junior commuters for SC trip coverage.
