Accepting assignments inside of 2 hours, even if you take 2 hours to report shifts the workload onto locals who don't take advantage of the NC provision.
That was actually pilot B. I was pilot A and playing sudoku on the seat back screen because I was NC. Or maybe it was pilot C because B was squatting porcelain across the hall from the gate while NC. Or maybe D because the C was putting the boat back on the trailer while NC.
