More FRMS SC periods. Some days they have enough to cover 100% sick calls.
CS is assigning FRMS trips that report 30' after SC starts. This is a setup for the SC pilot to show up at push and catch up airborne. This is the primary reason WB categories are exercising the Non Contact provision.
Can you imagine if the ATL A350 taxi incident involved a SC pilot in the above scenario. "Mishap relief pilot reported 5 minutes before pushback and was heads down reviewing M+"
