As long as an Airline allows another airline to codeshare with a seperate senority list...The problem of "One pilot group against another" will always be a factor with pay...When I worked at American Eagle(Flagship)...The AA pilots lost routes to our airline...We lost routes to the other 3 Eagles as contract time came around...That was 15 years ago...Nothing new and the Unions haven't learned a thing when dealing with this issue...There is no Unity in the airline industry even within ALPA, APA, Teamsters...You name it...There is no unity within the labor groups of the airlines themselves...Just what managment wanted...Those before us let it happen, We are letting it happen, and those that will be after us will let it happen...
