737 crushes an MD-80 or 727. Anyone remember how often we were weight restricted on a MD-80 or 727....flying a 4 hr leg? Or even a 3.5 hr leg. Flying a trans-con? Hahaha. That's not happening.
The 737 is a little too "crashy" for me to say that it is better than anything else. It is 1970s technology that has been frankensteined into being as close to an airbus without ever actually achieving its goal.

And yes...I see weight restricted flights often on the 737, hub to hub on the East Coast.
