End of the day EVERY department is short staffed, overworked, stressed out, fatigued... Etc. We as pilots really need to watch ourselfs. I never had an issue like the one above, but it doesn't mean it can't happen to me.
As a crew we are twisting in the wind with little to no support. More so than legacy carriers we really have to know our ****** or our certificates are at risk and the safety of our passengers. This is why we need a pretty darn good contract. If this is how a ULCC needs to operate, fine, but you need to pay us.
