There are 2 rest assignments on your last day of LC (assuming no rotation that ends that day):

1. Going into a golden X day or vacation day you are auto released from LC into rest at 0600, or from SC at 1200. This is contractual and thus “known” rest that does not require any contact from scheduling.

2. Going into a standard, non-golden X day there is no contractual or known rest. The company auto-calls you from CNO at 0600 on your last day of LC to assign you rest starting at 1800. Unless the pilot chooses to acknowledge this rest then it is not a legal assignment and cannot be used for 30/168.
