2. Going into a standard, non-golden X day there is no contractual or known rest. The company auto-calls you from CNO at 0600 on your last day of LC to assign you rest starting at 1800. Unless the pilot chooses to acknowledge this rest then it is not a legal assignment and cannot be used for 30/168.
This is what I'm talking about. If rest is assigned by a
live scheduler at 0600 then it adds to the X day's 24 hours. Golden X day rest is known so it always counts. Again 18+24>30.
