It's not a Union thing. ALPA staff has specifically said they CAN NOT and WILL NOT suggest any course of action for us to take. Any choice to spend more time with your family, and how to do that, must simply be a personal choice to do what you want to do. It's an individual choice for you to either support your negotiators or not. Do you want a barely bearable contract, or some meaningful improvements?
Even with ALPA DOES ask us to do something - NOT FLY DISPUTED PAIRINGS - we still do it anyway.... what's up with that?
