An easy way? Not really. Reserve is as much art as science. Weird things happen, and it can take a lot of schedule-checking on other pilots to sleuth you way to the truth of things. CS doesn't always get it right either (surprise!). As for SCs over 6, that's it's own story (grievance)

-Reserve availbility list updates periodicly, not in real-time
-RAW scores/buckets can change during the day as assignments are given/Short calls are sat, even for future trips that might not be actually flown
-30/168, hard off days, and other recency factors are not readily presented anywhere
