Point being, congress is authorized the power of the purse by the constitution and should most definitely play a role in shuttering or making sweeping changes to an agency for which it has passed funding.
Tend to agree, depending on what agency and how authorized. I'd actually be more concerned, but I suspect this congress will codify a lot of what Musk/Trump want to do anyway, they're just getting a head start.
