It all depends on how hard (mostly how many days) you are willing to work. The average top of the pay scales small cabin captain is makimg somewhere between 300 to 350K on the 7&7 doing the minimum days. At the same time I believe there was a Phenom captain that made over 600K working the max schedule and picking up a crazy amount of extra days. The average Global 7500 captain likely made around 400K on the 7&7 schedule and I'm sure there were many over 500K on the busier schedules. Those are all numbers for 15+ year pilots and the 7500 captains are all well over 20 years on property. Motivated new SICs can beat 150K in their first year and a 3rd year small cabin PIC can do 250K if they put in the days- like working well over 200 days.
What are the rumors for business jets in Asia now? I haven't checked since 2018.
So much depends on how much you make in FDP and that varies WILDLY depending on fleet.
