It took me three years from hire date to hold CLT FO and I was lucky enough to be on reserve. We have CLT CAs that have been on property less than that.
I cannot comprehend how y'all will get through life if you're already at this level of discontent.
When I got hired I went straight to CLT and had to wait 6 months for MIA.
