You don't have to be 60 to retire. You need to be over 50 and have 20 years in. Right now, it looks like all the legacy carriers will threaten bankruptcy.
I think CAL will lose 300 or more guys this summer (to get their lump sum) and there will be no talk of furloughs.
Just like at Delta, but let's hope they don't come back as 'contract' pilots.
