the knowledge they have of the PWA is based on their supervisor’s interpretations and in cases where it differs from ALPA it’s more than likely been mentioned to the higher ups but good luck getting them to disseminate this. Part 2, these answers to the pilots come from the same pool of folks that respond to the ALPA committee tasked with disputing via STS.
ah, so the crew assist people tasked with mitigating contract violations from turning into larger disputes have little training and knowledge for the job in which they are doing? Tell us something we didn’t already know.
