Yes but I’m fairly confident that would have happened outside negotiations. The point is probationary pilots don’t need to be walking around afraid of being terminated for anything other than incompetent flying. Or I guess 20 sick when I’m on Fmla but not really and swearing at a chief pilot. Lol.
