Not your FAPA. not your green frontier one. Not your sports one. Idc how long you have been here, probation or not. it isn't hard. If you weren't supposed to wear it, they would let you know. It is the simplest little thing every pilot here can do.

I'm on probation and I proudly wear my lanyard. I'm 5th generation union so to see others, especially other new hires, refuse to wear it and join our solidarity is disheartening. Just my opinion.
